No more blogging?

Y'know initially, I wanted a blog so I can keep my friends informed of what's going on in my life. With the advent of Facebook, I find myself spending less time blogging, and more time writing on walls.

What do you guys think? Should I keep it? Make it more about something else? Less personal? More pictures? More music/movie reviews? Photography?

I don't know. Right now, this blog will be in limbo until I figure out what I want to do with it.

Third Time is Not a Charm

Sick...sick...sick. I am so sick....again! This will mark the third time I've been sick this season (a new record!). Out of all the times I've been sick, I think this time is the worst. I may have the flu. :(

Anyways, I haven't been to work in three days... and I'm incredibly bored at home. There's only so many dvds you can watch, so many hours you can spend on Facebook, and so many hours you can spend reading a book before you get absolutely bored to tears. What else is there to do around here?!? I can't go outside because I'm too sick. I can't go shopping, I can't go to the gym, I can't do anything except to be kooped up in this apartment. ARGHH!!

At one point in the afternoon when I'd done everything that I could possibly do to entertain myself, I just sat on the sofa staring blankly at the wall for 5 minutes.

I need a project to work on... something to pass the time... *sigh*

Home Sweet Home!

After a week of staying in Kanata with my boyfriend, I'm finally back home. I guess we passed the "Can we live together?" test. It's a pretty simple system. I get up in the morning, and he prepares me breakfast. I'm so spoiled.

We went to see 300, and it was pretty awesome. Except for the fact we got crappy seats. The theatre also shutdown for 5 mins at the very last scene of the movie which prompted the packed audience to yell and scream for a while. When it finally came back on, it wasn't cued to the exact spot it had left off and the ending was pretty much ruined for us. Needless to say, the entire audience got their money back. I'm gonna go try and see it again on Imax with better seats!!! lol

Also, I've started seeing a personal trainer at GoodLife! (Thank you corporate membership).

So hopefully, after this weekend we're gonna start to see some Spring weather!! I'm excited for the warm weather. I'm always feeling sick, and crappy, and tired during the winter season. The earth has gone wacky. We got March weather in December, December weather in January, January weather in February, and February weather in March and Daylight Savings Time a month early.

What has the world come to?!?

PHOTO: Fixed-point theorem

Hey it's another photo post! I can't believe the last photo post was from a year ago! I was talking about photography with my co-worker the other day, so I was inspired to create this post.

This one is a gorgeous black and white photo called Fixed-point theorem by a photographer named Toto Rino. I love the mysterious tone it gives. It is so intriguing because it leaves a lot to the imagination. I especially love the rough texture as well that gives this photo its enigmatic tone.

I will never be a teacher

Oh...my...gawd....

I had such an exhausting day at work.

I was pretty much "teaching" all day. All day for 8 hours. I was heading 3 different focus groups at our workplace, each meeting was 2 hours, with only a half-hour break in between in each one.

I don't know how teachers do it. I was standing all day, I was dehydrated, my brain was hurting... it's exhausting!

I definately have a new found respect for people who do this everyday for a living.
